Forum Board & Website Updates

Post by Jacobs »

We are in the process of updating our website and forum board to increase functionality, and hopefully, security. The look of the site will change when we move to a new theme, but we should be able to keep all of the information and links that are on our current pages.

I see they are working on our website. When I click on the link, the home page has Randolph County Beekeepers Assoc. I'm assuming this is a work in progress.

What link are you clicking on? I'm not finding a problem.

Definitely a work in progress. My guess is that because Rob is working through my account, I get the old GCBA homepage when I use my computer. Most of the other pages besides the main page are based on the theme he showed us with the mock up of the Randolph site. I am hoping the update and transitions will be completed soon.

OK, I found it.

Rob, go to the front page and refresh the page. Your old front page is saved in your computer, not drawn from the internet. Refresh the page and it will pick up from the internet.

To all, I have contacted the IT office and hope to hear from them shortly.

We are back up and running. Our update and transition should be going on in the background.
