Candles

Post by ski »

I have been saving my bees wax for several years now changing out brood combs and saving cappings. I melted the wax in my solar wax melter and then remelted and filtered it and played around with a couple of molds just for fun. I have made about 3 dozen of each.

Thank You.
This is my first year of playing around with wax so I was pleased but the real candle makers may see issues. They weren't hard to sell. One lady purchased two dozen and another lady wants a dozen candles and two dozen of the coins as a handout for her sons oral book report on bees. Who would have guessed.
Just some thoughts.
