I found this in my garden yesterday. This plot has been planted for over 50 years, but this is the first arrowhead I have found. The neighborhood has streams and springs, and 60+ years ago, was farmland. I would really love to know the story behind how this artifact got where it was.

That's so interesting, Rob! I have found a couple of quartz arrowheads in my backyard that slopes downhill to a spring-fed creek. We GCBA folks live in a very OLD area of Piedmont of NC and America itself! I suggest you take it to the Natural Science Center to learn more about your arrowhead.
