POSTPONED DUE TO WEATHER
Our May monthly meeting will be a picnic/field day held at the Old Prison
Farm. The date is May 5th. We will eat around 5:00pm, but feel free to show up anytime after 3:00pm to visit with fellow beekeepers, view the observation hive, and perhaps tour a nucleus colony of bees.
The address is 7315 Howerton Rd., Gibsonville,
NC 27249. Families are welcome and there is no charge for this event.
Board members will provide hot dogs, hamburgers, fixings, paper products
and drinks. Please bring a side dish or dessert to add to the mix and bring
a chair for each family member. We will have door prizes as well. This is
a great time to get to know members of the club, ask questions, and exchange information about the progress of this year's bee season.
We are looking forward to seeing a big crowd on May 5th.
